This painting portrays a majestic yet fragile peacock, symbolizing the delicate balance of beauty and resilience, and the journey of growth and self-acceptance. It was inspired by my sister Andrea, who lives with a disability, and created as an homage for her birthday. Andrea is an endless source of inspiration and vitality, embodying dignity and authenticity in every aspect of her life, and finding gratitude in every breath she takes. This artwork celebrates her strength and unique spirit, reminding us of the profound beauty that emerges from embracing one’s true self.
