1. You are 18 years of age or older, and legally able to enter into this agreement. Persons under 18 years old will be considered when a parent or legal tutor gives consent, in person.
2. Achieving a 100% accuracy rate is not feasible and therefore not assured. It is generally accepted within the field that a satisfactory level of accuracy to aim for when starting is around 60%.
3. Due to the differing opinions on psychic ability, any and all information, communications and/or consultations with ImKey / I are to be considered for educational, spiritual, inspirational and entertainment purposes only.
4. No consultation with ImKey / I is intended to, nor would it ever, take the place of the services of a medical, legal, financial, business and/or mental health professional. ImKey / I will always encourage and also may refer one to seek advice from a qualified expert for formal guidance on such and related matters.
5. Neither ImKey, nor I accept any liability and/or responsibility for any action(s) and/or decision(s) any client may choose to take or make stemming from their consultation with me and/or via this website.
6. You will indemnify and hold harmless ImKey, ImKey.com, their heirs, relatives, successors, agents, employees, and assignees in perpetuity against any and all claims and actions arising out of your consultation with me and/or via this website, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from said consultation.
7. Consultations are for personal use only. You shall not publish, display, share, distribute and/or publicly archive any material, photo, content, etc. offered to you during your consultation without express written permission from ImKey or an agent of the Company.
8. You may share public content found within this website on appropriate social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat,…) as long as appropriate attribution is given. For permission to use said content on other venues, please contact [email protected].
9. Feedbacks and Testimonials sent to me or via the website may be used without limitation by ImKey, on the website or by agents of The Company. Testimonials notwithstanding, such material will not contain or reveal any specific information about your session, nor will reference to your identity be made without your explicit written consent.
APPOINTMENT, BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Rates for services are subject to change without notice.
2. Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, all consultations are scheduled and paid for online a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Group sessions are to be fully paid within 48 hours prior to session(s).
3. Unless otherwise agreed to, all consultations will take place either by phone, videoconference, or in person. If you wish to have an in-person reading, you must contact us prior to scheduling your reading so that we can discuss applicable travel fees.
4. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the meeting has been scheduled, including a calendar invitation and a zoom link for the online sessions. It is understood that the Clients, once the calendar invitation has been sent, will have an automated reminder on their Agenda and are expected to attend the session on time. A client not showing up within the first 10 minutes following the agreed time of the session will automatically be treated as not showing up and cancel the session entirely without possibility of refunds.
5. An appointment may be rescheduled without charge by either party with a minimum 48 hours’ notice, as described in paragraph 10 (below).
6. A maximum of two (2) rescheduling per appointment will be permitted, with the third occasion being treated as a cancellation, unless clearly agreed otherwise by me/Imkey.
7. A confirmed appointment may be cancelled with a full refund, less a possible administration fee*, with a minimum 48 hours’ notice, unless clearly agreed otherwise by me/Imkey.
8. Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee*, unless clearly agreed otherwise by me/Imkey.
9. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee*, unless clearly agreed otherwise by me/Imkey.
10. Any rescheduling and/or cancellation may be done through the email and calendar notification(s) you receive, or by phoning. Texting in this instance is discouraged unless used ‘as notice’ of pending calls.
11. Any misrepresentation made during a request to be of service (e.g. providing a fake or inauthentic information) may, at the sole discretion of ImKey, be treated as a cancellation of that service and subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This includes asking questions one already knows the answer to. Healthy questions are encouraged, to make the most of your time. It’s ok to expect to be skeptical, the difference is one’s open mind.
12. While my intention is to be supportive and encourage my clients to take personal responsibility.Any aggressive, threatening, confrontational, or other unduly disruptive behavior during a service will, at the sole discretion of me, ImKey or its Agents, result in the immediate termination of that service. A refund, to a maximum of 50% of the amount paid, may be considered at my / the Company’s sole discretion.
13. If unforeseen circumstances ever require me to cancel an appointment with short notice, such cancellation will be fully refunded, notwithstanding a cancellation made with respect to a “misrepresentation” referred to in paragraph 11 (above).
*Members in good standing shall naturally remain exempt.

I am committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). I know your Personal Information is important to you and it’s important to me. I will not share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Providing me with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit my ability to provide you with my products or services.

CANCELLATION POLICY, RETURN POLICY, AND REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason (illness or personal), I am not available or able to do your reading, I will give a full and complete refund. You will then have to re-book through this website: http://www.imkey.com.
Refunds will only be provided upon mutual agreement when the actual reading has not been performed. If you would like to cancel your booked reading, please contact me immediately or no later than 48 hours prior to your booking. No refunds will be issued if you do not like your reading for any reason. I am not responsible for your emotional and/or mental reaction to the reading. Exceptions can be made on a discretionary basis if I believe that I did provide a substandard level of quality.

SEVERABILITY

GOVERNING LAW

The parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution procedures.
RECOVERY OF LITIGATION EXPENSES
If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
